2025-2026 Classroom Grant Opportunities

CLASSROOM INNOVATION AND IMPACT GRANTS: This year's grant cycle opens on November 1st, 2025 and closes on November 30th!  Grants will be awarded in early February 2026.  APSF is once again prioritizing FIRST TIME APPLICANTS.  Last year we were able to award almost $75,000 to 58 first timers and 39 returning applicants.  We funded field trips, science equipment, art projects, and more!  We look forward to partnering with you again this year.  Links for applications will be emailed to all employees the first week in November and will be posted here as well.  Stay tuned!

Pantry Project

Teachers, please check with your counselor or health tech if you need to access these funds for a student in need.

Funding up to $500 available on an as needed basis. This funding allows Principals, health techs, family engagement liaisons, and nurses to purchase food, clothing, and hygiene items for students in need. The APSF provides one grant per school at a time as long as funding is available.

We also work with community members, local businesses, and discount buying programs to help leverage every dollar of spending. If you are interested in helping with our basic needs program or need more information about specific pantry project requests, please email Linda Ball at rlball1980@gmail.com
